Mera Inaam Pakistan.... Mera Paigham Pakistan...
Over two decades ago, on 14th August, Imran Mir brought together a group of highly creative individuals under the patronage of MCB Pakistan, to produce a piece of history that would present Pakistan in all its beauty and diversity to the people of the world in a different light.
As a result, the famous national song 'Mera Inaam Pakistan.... Mera Paigham Pakistan..' was born out of a collaboration between the world renowned singer Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, the acclaimed song writer Jamiluddin Aali, producer Niaz Ahmed and Arshad Mahmood, and the creative director Imran Mir.
Today this film has become part of our national heritage and is aired every year on the 14th of August and 23rd of March.
We are sharing this video to wish Pakistan a Happy Birthday and to celebrate this timeless collaboration and the people involved.
